Electronix ("we", "our", or "us") operates mobile applications and web services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our applications, including the Fashion Shazam app.
Camera & Photo Library Access: Our apps may request access to your device camera and photo library to capture or select images for product recognition. These images are sent to our servers for processing and are not stored permanently.
Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage statistics such as app version, device type, and crash reports to improve our services.
We do NOT collect: personal identification information, location data, contacts, or any other sensitive personal data.
Images you submit are processed by our servers to identify fashion products using computer vision technology. Images are processed in real-time and are not stored after the response is returned. Anonymous usage data is used solely to improve app performance and stability.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Image processing is performed on our own servers. No data is shared with advertising networks or analytics platforms.
All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access to our systems.
Images submitted for product recognition are processed in real-time and immediately discarded. We do not maintain a database of user-submitted images. Anonymous usage statistics may be retained for up to 12 months.
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age.
